Has the Florida Real Estate Market hit rock bottom?

Has the Florida Real Estate market hit rock bottom? Perhaps not, but it will bounce back. Demographics demand it. The Census Bureau projects a 33% population increase between now and the year 2020. When the market does turn around both potential buyers and investors will kick themselves for not recognizing today's amazing values. Supply and demand has had a drastic effect on the prices of property, more choices at lower prices put today's buyer(with an eye for the future) in the best possible position.

Don't be the one who kicks themselves for not being the person who sees this as an opportunity of a lifetime.

State of the Market

Does Real Estate ever go on sale... YES!

Here in South Florida prices of homes and condos are off highs of two years ago as much as 20%. People stand in line at 4a.m. on Black Friday for deep discounts, why then are they waiting on buying real estate that's at rock bottom prices? "Finally Affordable", "Value Priced" and "Sellers Loss Is Your Gain" are phrases usually associated with a bargain. Just take a look and you'll see.

There are a multitude of opportunities in almost every budget. If you are looking for a little place on the sand or a dock for your yacht now is the time to buy!
